How do I access my games?
Immediately after your payment is processed via Stripe, you will receive an automated email containing your unique access link or digital file. Our service operates on an instant digital delivery model: Payment → Instant Delivery → Access.
I didn’t receive my access link. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk or “Promotions” folder first. If the email does not arrive within 10 minutes, contact us at connect@duomatchjoy.com with your order number. Our system maintains delivery logs to ensure every customer receives their purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

No. All products on duomatchjoy are one-time purchases. There are no hidden recurring fees or automatic renewals.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
What is the refund policy for digital games?
EU/UK Customers: Under EU Consumer Protection Laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal expires once digital content delivery has started with your consent. By purchasing, you agree to immediate performance.
US Customers: Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are generally final once the link has been dispatched.
What if I have an issue?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you have not yet accessed/clicked your link and wish to request a cancellation, or if you encounter a technical defect, please contact us within 14 days. We evaluate technical issues and legitimate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Technical Fixes:
