Our service model is based on Instant Digital Delivery.
Process: Upon successful payment, a unique access link or digital asset is automatically dispatched to the email address provided at checkout.
Fulfillment Proof: A transaction is legally considered “fulfilled” at the moment our system dispatches the access credentials. We maintain time-stamped delivery logs as definitive proof of service completion.
Standardized Product: We provide ready-made digital entertainment. Our services do not include bespoke software development, custom design, or consulting.
3. Payment & Billing Transparency
One-Time Purchase: Unless explicitly labeled as a subscription, all transactions are one-time fees. No hidden recurring charges apply.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
EU/UK Customers: Under EU Consumer Law, the 14-day right of withdrawal expires once digital delivery has commenced. By purchasing, you provide prior express consent to begin the performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
US Customers: Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the access link is dispatched.
Technical Defects: If a product is proven to be technically defective and we are unable to provide a fix or replacement within 48 hours, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property & License
